Observe

As a student in the Cosmetology Educator program you are afforded the chance to observe other instructors, work side by side with another instructor, see their style, use the opportunity to look upon them as a mentor. Our teacher training program puts you side by side with a Licensed Instructor allowing you to learn the essentials of classroom management, lesson plan preparation, and student development.

Apply

Learn to apply your own educational experience from the salon to the classroom. You can have the opportunity to mentor and teach others what you love. Our student teachers are required to bring a fresh, innovative and energetic approach to the classroom and clinics.

Become a Leader

After completing the program and acquiring your Cosmetology Teaching License, you may be asked to stay with Robert Fiance Beauty Schools as an Education Leader where your success will inspire the achievements of our students.
